What is Homeopathic HCG

Recently Homeopathic HCG has become a hot new way to lose weight.

Does Homeopathic Hormone treatment work? Yes it works and it works well, with no side-effects. Part of the reason for its popularity is that many people are seeking to do Dr. Simeon’s HCG Protocol for weight loss but are reluctant to inject themselves on a daily basis with the HCG hormone. In addition, the HCG hormone is expensive, hard to locate and requires a doctor’s prescription (or ordering it from an overseas pharmacy which takes 6 weeks to deliver if it is not confiscated by customs officials).

Some physicians  have discovered that people are getting comparable results using the HCG hormone injections. and the Homeopathic version of HCG. The difference between the two treatments is that the HCG hormone is made into a homeopathic remedy (diluted hundreds of times and potentized) so that it is an energetic imprint of the original substance that works in the body on an energetic level.

So how would homeopathic HCG fit into this method? It doesn’t. However, Homeopathy works in many ways besides reversing symptoms. For example, there is a type of homeopathy called Oligotherapy which provides very small doses of vitamins, minerals, supplements and hormones that can be very powerful in nudging the body in the direction of health.

Homeopathy has several other categories of remedies each of which has a different method of action such as Miasms, Sarcodes, Liquitrophics, Hormetics Restoratives, Allersodes, and Isodes.
The critics also state that homeopathic HCG does not provide enough HCG to actually work and the only weight loss that occurs is due to the 500 calorie diet which will actually cause harm to the hypothalamus for being on a very low calorie diet.

This is not true. The studies that compare those who go on a 500 calorie diet with and without the HCG hormone show that those who take the HCG experience little to no hunger, have a resculpting effect on the body, show more inches lost, show a large decrease in emotional eating and binge eating. This proves that the HCG hormone has a significant effect on the body. Furthermore, those who use homeopathic HCG also experience these same advantages.

We are continually collecting data from those who have done both the full strength HCG and the homeopathic version and they are reporting  that they are getting the same results from both versions. All the health care practitioners that I have spoken with who are using homeopathic HCG are also getting the same positive results.

HCG Without Injections

When I first heard about the HCG Diet, everyone was getting the injections froma doctor, and paying hundreds of dollars for the program. I decided to try the HCG-Diet spray drops, because it was a lot easier to use than injections, and (it costs) a lot less expensive. I got great results the first week, and lost almost 7 pounds! I had been trying to lose 20 pounds for years with no success. Now it’s been a little over 3 weeks and I’m at my ideal weight. I feel like a new person!
I sprayed the HCG (under my tongue) on the roof of my mouth 3 times a day . and I never got hungry or low blood sugar. I seemed to have a lot more energy during the day, and even slept much better at night. At first I was concerned about getting just the right formula. I liked this one because it contains the essence of HCG, adrenal, thyroid, and fat metabolizer in 3x, 6x, 12x, 30x, 60x potencies. It’s manufactured fresh every week by a homeopathic company that’s been in business for many years. Most folks find this Homeopathic HCG more effective than the injections. I believe that this is the future of HCG Dieting.

Tea is not dehydrating. It is a healthy drink

Tea ‘healthier’ drink than water
Drinking three or more cups of tea a day is as good for you as
drinking plenty of water and may even have extra health benefits, say
researchers.

The work in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition dispels the
common belief that tea dehydrates.

Tea not only rehydrates as well as water does, but it can also
protect against heart disease and some cancers, UK nutritionists found.

Experts believe flavonoids are the key ingredient in tea that promote
health.

Healthy cuppa

These polyphenol antioxidants are found in many foods and plants,
including tea leaves, and have been shown to help prevent cell
damage.

Tea replaces fluids and contains antioxidants so its got two
things going for it

Lead author Dr Ruxton
Public health nutritionist Dr Carrie Ruxton, and colleagues at Kings
College London, looked at published studies on the health effects of
tea consumption.

They found clear evidence that drinking three to four cups of tea
a day can cut the chances of having a heart attack.

Some studies suggested tea consumption protected against cancer,
although this effect was less clear-cut.

Other health benefits seen included protection against tooth
plaque and potentially tooth decay, plus bone strengthening.

Dr Ruxton said: “Drinking tea is actually better for you than
drinking water. Water is essentially replacing fluid. Tea replaces
fluids and contains antioxidants so it’s got two things going for
it.”

Rehydrating

She said it was an urban myth that tea is dehydrating.

“Studies on caffeine have found very high doses dehydrate and
everyone assumes that caffeine-containing beverages dehydrate. But
even if you had a really, really strong cup of tea or coffee, which
is quite hard to make, you would still have a net gain of fluid.

“Also, a cup of tea contains fluoride, which is good for the
teeth,” she added.

There was no evidence that tea consumption was harmful to health.
However, research suggests that tea can impair the body’s ability to
absorb iron from food, meaning people at risk of anaemia should
avoid drinking tea around mealtimes.

Tea is not dehydrating. It is a healthy drink
Claire Williamson of the British Nutrition Foundation
Dr Ruxton’s team found average tea consumption was just under three
cups per day.

She said the increasing popularity of soft drinks meant many
people were not drinking as much tea as before.

“Tea drinking is most common in older people, the 40 plus age
range. In older people, tea sometimes made up about 70% of fluid
intake so it is a really important contributor,” she said.

Claire Williamson of the British Nutrition Foundation said:
“Studies in the laboratory have shown potential health benefits.

“The evidence in humans is not as strong and more studies need to
be done. But there are definite potential health benefits from the
polyphenols in terms of reducing the risk of diseases such as heart
disease and cancers.

“In terms of fluid intake, we recommend 1.5-2 litres per day and
that can include tea. Tea is not dehydrating. It is a healthy
drink.”

The Tea Council provided funding for the work. Dr Ruxton stressed
that the work was independent.

HCG Injections Side Effects

This is not a complete list of side effects and others may occur. Before receiving Human Chorionic Gonadotropin the doctor needs to be informed of allergies to any drugs, or difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, dizziness, severe headaches, or hives. Apart from these, users may also experience blood clots, pain, warmth, redness, numbness, or tingling in the arms or legs, confusion, extreme dizziness, severe headache, thyroid or adrenal gland disorders.

  • a thyroid or adrenal gland disorder
  • an ovarian cyst
  • premature puberty
  • cancer or a tumor of the breast, ovary, uterus, prostate, hypothalamus, or pituitary gland
  • undiagnosed uterine bleeding
  • heart disease
  • kidney disease
  • epilepsy
  • migraines
  • asthma.
  • Less serious side effects may include:
    • headache
    • feeling restless or irritable
    • mild swelling or weight gain
    • depression
    • breast tenderness or swelling
    • pain, swelling, or irritation where the injection is given.

This is not a complete list of side effects and others may occur. Tell your doctor about any unusual or bothersome side effect.

Both male and female patients who have the following medical conditions must not start a treatment with HCG : – Hypersensitivity to this medicine or to any of its main ingredients. - Known or possible androgen-dependent tumors for example male breast carcinoma or prostatic carcinoma.

Using hCG for too long a period of time, or in doses that are excessive, can block the natural production of luteinizing hormone (LH) or desensitize the testicles to the effects of LH.

The side effects from HCG use also include gynecomastia, water retention, and an increase in sex drive, mood alterations, headaches, and high blood pressure. The main side effects are fluid retention and swelling, joint pains and carpal tunnel syndrome. HCG Pregnyl raises androgen levels in males by up to 400% but HCG Pregnyl also raises estrogen levels dramatically as well. This is why it can cause a real case of gynecomastia if dosages of Pregnyl HCG get too elevated for that person. Another side effect seen from HCG use is morning sickness, nausea and vomiting. Please research the androgen dependent tumor connection.

Just what are Calories?

One ounce of fat is 219
calories
If one pound of body fat equals about 3,500 calories.  Then, what exactly is a calorie?
A calorie is a word used as a universal standard. A unit of measure used to define thermal energy. The amount of heat needed to raise the temperature of one gram of water one degree Celsius.
If that didn’t make any sense, then just think of it as the amount of fat in your food. If you ate a pound of fat then you would gain 3500 calories of energy. (One lb of fat) Not vary appetizing, but simple to figure.
example
I’ll give you an example. If you need 4000 calories a day to maintain bodily functions and you eat (take in ) 500 calories. Your body is forced to use your stored fat to supply you with energy. So you burn up 3500 calories and you loose one pound. You have to deal with the hunger and your body uses the closest supply of fat. and that is not the fat around your middle and butt. The advantages of the HCG are that it signals  the body to use the Large fat stores (belly, butt, thighs) and not the fat stored in the muscle that triggers the hunger. Because of that your metabolism does
not slow down, in fact it kicks in because there is enough energy.
The amount of energy in different foods varies a lot. It’s easy to calculate calories. In fact the hardest part of this diet. is figuring out all the caloric values for each food  You can figure out all the calories you need.  A great place to
start  is here,

HCG Injections or Homeopathic HCG A Comparison

HCG Injections
or Homeopathic HCG | Comparison
There is a lot of talk going around as to whether the injections or the homeopathic drops and sprays are better. One side says the hcg drops are a scam. the other side says the injections are dangerous, there is a hole list of possible side affects. Key word here is possible, not probable. I am not going to continue this argument, cause it’s just a  distraction from the real issues. It’s a well known fact the hcg diet works. It has been referred to as the Miracle Fat Cure. Over a 90% success rate. That’s unreal!  Were having the same results with the homeopathic hcg. We get a lot of feed back from Very happy repeat customers.

Injections or Sprays? You can’t go wrong with either choice. No other diet protocol gives you these kinds of odds for success.

The rest is easy. Injections are more expensive and you have to be cool with sticking your self with needles. For me, the choice is a no brainer.

Diabetes drugs given ‘too soon’

Diabetes drugs given ‘too soon’

One in three people with type 2 diabetes are given medication too soon, instead of being urged to eat better and do more exercise, a study suggests.

A study of 650 people in south west England found 36% were put on tablets within a month of being diagnosed, a Diabetes UK conference heard.

But guidelines recommend first trying lifestyle changes to control diabetes.

A Department of Health spokeswoman said medication helps people to “manage their condition”.

The Royal College of GPs agreed diet and exercise should come first.

More than 400 people a day are diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in the UK.

When people are diagnosed, they’re ready to make a lot of changes but if you give them a tablet, you’re saying it is not their lifestyle that is the problem
Dr Rob Andrew

It is often associated with obesity, and attempts in recent years to screen people for the disease has increased the number of people being diagnosed.

In the latest study, researchers found that in many patients lifestyle management was not given a chance, despite being widely recognised as being the initial first “treatment”.

Metformin is the first drug of choice, but more drugs can be added if that is not doing enough to control blood sugar levels.

The researchers found that 13% of participants were actually on two types of tablets within the first few weeks of being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

Study author Dr Rob Andrew, a senior lecturer at the University of Bristol, said they had not expected the figures to be quite so high.

“There is quite clear guidance that says when you’re first diagnosed, you should have the opportunity to concentrate on lifestyle then if that doesn’t work the next stage is metformin.

Balanced diet

“When people are diagnosed, they’re ready to make a lot of changes but if you give them a tablet, you’re saying it is not their lifestyle that is the problem.”

He added that incentive payments to encourage GPs to reduce blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes, a lack of NHS resources for lifestyle support and a cultural attitude that people will not make the necessary changes are probably all to blame.

Simon O’Neill, from Diabetes UK, said they were concerned that in some cases medication seemed to be the first port of call.

“A healthy, balanced diet and doing physical activity should always be the foundation of good diabetes management.

“Type 2 diabetes is a progressive condition – the longer a person has diabetes, the more likely they are to need tablets, and eventually insulin.

Good diabetes care is not just about medication
Department of Health

“Even if people are on tablets, medication should not simply replace diet and physical activity.”

Professor Steve Field, chairman of the Royal College of GPs, said there was probably a case of jumping in too quickly with pills.

“It is a reminder for GPs and nurses managing newly diagnosed diabetes that lifestyle advice is the most important component.”

He added that in some areas of the country there was a lack of resources for supporting behavioural changes.

The Department of Health has defended its treatment of people with the condition.

A spokeswoman said: “Prescribed medication is vital to enable many people with diabetes to manage their condition on a day-to-day basis and to reduce their risk of developing complications such as heart attack and stroke.”

However, she stressed that “good diabetes care is not just about medication”.

“As the NICE guidelines recommend, people with type 2 diabetes should be encouraged to make lifestyle changes, such as healthy eating and increased physical activity, before starting medication,” she said.

Exercise is not the answer

Why HCG Spray Rocks !!!!

Traditional diets and exercise don’t work. Every one knows that, and very few are successful at them.

It’s hard to get behind something that is doomed to failure. Losing weight is a losing battle. it’s usually uncomfortable and requires a huge commitment.

Lets say you need 2200 calories a day. You cut back to 1800 calories so you restrict your diet by 400 calories. It will take you almost 8 days to lose one lb.

  • Here is the math 3500 calories = one lb…….
  • 3500 divided by 400= 8.75 days
  • Want to lose 10 lbs = 8.75 X 10= 87.5 days

That’s less then a pound a week!!!

Really hard to get motivated and stay motivated.

Ok lets add some exercise cause that’s what is recommended. Diet and
exercise is what all the doctors on TV recommend.

Let’s use our little calculator

Your
Weight

Miles
run

Calories
burned

My Comment
  • You weigh 150 lbs
  • and you run a mile every day
  • so you lose an extra 98 calories.
  • Do the math again 400 +98= 498 calories a day
  • 3500 divided by 498= 7 days
  • That’s a pound a week. Not very inspiring so let’s up the ante.
  • Were going to run 5 miles a day. WOW, now were talking,
  • that’s 489.75 calories.
  • That brings us to 889.75 calories a day.
  • 3500 divided by 889 = 3.999
  • That’s 4 days to lose one pound.

10 pounds will cost you 40 days and 200 miles

THAT’S A LOT OF WORK.

With the HCG homeopathic spray diet. You can lose 40lb
in 40 days. with NO EXERCISE

 You now can buy Diflucan

Why fad diets work

Why fad diets work well for some, but not others

July 28, 2010

Ever notice some people seem to eat anything they want and never gain
a pound, while others seem to gain weight just by looking at fattening
foods? You may be seeing things correctly after all. According to
research published in the July 2010 issue of Genetics, this may have a
biological cause. Using fruit flies, researchers have found that genes
interacting with diet, rather than diet alone, are the main cause of
variation in metabolic traits, such as body weight. This helps explain
why some diets work better for some people than others, and suggests
that future diets should be tailored to an individual’s genes rather
than to physical appearance.

“There is no one-size-fits all solution to the diseases of obesity and
type-2 diabetes,” said Laura K. Reed, Ph.D, a researcher from the
Department of Genetics at North Carolina State University, the lead
investigator in the work. “Each person has a unique set of genetic and
environmental factors contributing to his or her metabolic health, and
as a society, we should stop looking for a panacea and start accepting
that this is a complex problem that may have a different solution for
each individual.”

To make this discovery, the scientists studied 146 different genetic
lines of fruit flies that were fed four different diets (nutritionally
balanced, low calorie, high sugar, and high fat). Researchers then
measured a variety of metabolic traits, including body weight, in each
group. Flies in some of the genetic lines were highly sensitive to
their diets, as reflected by changes in body weight, while flies of
other lines showed no change in weight across diets.

The scientists were able to ascertain what portion of the total
variation in the metabolic traits was determined by genetics alone, by
diet alone, or by the interaction between genotype and diet. Results
showed that diet alone made a small contribution to the total
variation, while genotype and genotype interactions with diet made
very large contributions. This study strongly suggests that some
individuals can achieve benefits from altering their dietary habits,
while the same changes for others will have virtually no effect.

“The summer beach season often serves as a ‘gut check’ for many in
terms of their weight,” said Mark Johnston, Editor-in-Chief of the
journal Genetics. “This research explains why the one-size-fits-all
approach offered by many diet programs can have dramatically different
effects for people who try them.”

Are The HCG Diet Dangers Something to be Concerned About?

Are The HCG Diet Dangers Something to be Concerned About?

Article by Chris Jenkins

The HCG diet is one the of the weight loss solutions that is getting to be popular these days. But just like any of the weight programs, you may be wondering if there are any diet dangers that you should be concerned about. Here are the essential things you should know about the diet. What HCG IsHCG or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin is a kind of natural hormone typically produced in the placenta of women during their pregnancy. HCG triggers the secretion of progesterone, a hormone that strengthens the uterus to sustain the growth of the fetus inside a woman’s womb. Specifically, HCG is responsible for protecting the unborn baby during the first trimester of the mother’s pregnancy. It also controls a woman’s metabolism during pregnancy. The Role of HCG in Weight Loss DietIn a diet intended for weight loss, HCG acts as the stimulant for the body to get rid of bad fats without any danger. It does this by triggering the hypothalamus (that part of the brain producing hormones that control hunger among other things) to use the fats stored in the body as well as control your hunger for food. It helps you to prevent pigging out and eat only what your body needs. How Safe is an HCG Diet? HCG, even high doses of it, is approved by the FDA for fertility purposes. This means that the hormone does not have any harmful effects to the body. You put that in the context of using HCG as an adjunct to weight loss, where the dose is dramatically lower; would there be any dangers? Any weight loss program, no matter how effective it is, will carry some amount of risk. This holds true for HCG weight loss diet as well. But you have to understand that the risk for diet is not in the HCG weight loss diet itself but in how you use the diet program to lose weight. You have to carefully follow the HCG weight loss diet plan to free yourself from any HCG diet dangers. It is also preferable to choose the HCG diet drops over the HCG diet injection as this method is generally safer, easier, and painless to use. You will also be able to save money as HCG drops are more affordable than its injection counterpart. How to Prevent the DangersPerhaps the best way to prevent HCG diet dangers is to make sure that you are getting your HCG diet drops only from legitimate and reputable sources. You see, the dangers of side effects are present in HCG diet when what you thought to be HCG is actually an adulterated version of HCG. It is therefore necessary and important to get your HCG supply only from authentic and legitimate sources. It only takes three simple steps to guarantee your freedom from any dangers in your weight loss: (1) Choose HCG drops as this is the safer method to lose weight; (2) Get your HCG drops only from legitimate and reputable sources; and (3) Follow the HCG diet for weight loss guide properly. Then and only then you can be assured that your weight loss diet is completely free from any HCG diet dangers.

The Paleo Diet Food Lists

The Paleo Diet Food Lists

Article by Cullen Bernard

Following the Paleo diet is all about going back to the roots of our most ancient ancestors and adhering to their diet. Back when cavemen walked the earth, they were hunters and gatherers eating the freshest of fruits, vegetables, and meats. With all diets come strict instructions on what you can and cannot eat. By following the list of foods set forth, you can gain optimal health and nutrition.

Understanding that the Paleo diet is based on the foods that the cavemen ate, you will need to stay away from all foods that are packaged or processed. In addition, there are certain meats that are on the Paleo diet “do not eat” list because they are considered fatty. Some of these meats include chicken wings, deli meats, pork sausage, salami, chicken skin, turkey skin, pepperoni, bacon, fatty pork chops, bologna, fatty lamb chops, breakfast sausage, and spam.

Cavemen lived before the age of agriculture. Therefore, they did not eat grains or wheat. So these kinds of foods fall into the “do not eat” list of the Paleo diet. Even the grains that claim to be “gluten-free” are not recommended for the Paleo diet. Other grains on the “do not eat” list include, barley, corn, millet, oats, rice, rye, wheat, and wild rice. Any foods that are made from these products can not be eaten as well. These foods include amaranth, bread, buckwheat, cakes, cookies, corn chips, corn on the cob, corn starch, corn syrup, donuts, flat bread, muffins, pasta, pancakes, pita bread, pizza, quinoa, rice cakes, rice flour, rice noodles, rice pudding, rolled oats, rolls, rye crackers, and tortillas.

Many foods are listed on the Paleo diet “do not eat” list. But there are also many foods that can be eaten and enjoyed. Those who have experienced and stuck with the Paleo diet have found that there are a great variety of meals that they can eat. Although cavemen did not eat dairy, they did eat eggs. You can enjoy an omelet made with two eggs that contains fresh produce like mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, and onions. You can also enjoy snacks of fresh fruits and vegetables such as berries, raw carrots, and celery. You can even snack on guacamole. However, when you are snacking on fruits and vegetables or enjoying them as a side dish to your meal, eat them without many condiments or sauces on them. They are healthier this way. Plus, there are many meats that you can eat. Look for meats that come from pasture-raised and grass-fed animals. If that is not possible, choose the leanest cuts of meat to fill your appetite.

The best part of the Paleo diet is that it will eventually slow your digestive process. You will feel fuller for longer periods of time. So when you are partaking in the Paleo diet, you should only eat when you are hungry. Don’t worry if you skip the occasional meal. Your body will let you know when you are hungry.

Paleo food lists are necessary to prepare paleo diet.

Using The Paleo Diet Food List To Build A Stronger, Healthier Physique

Using The Paleo Diet Food List To Build A Stronger, Healthier Physique

Article by Steven Thomas

Numerous individuals are curious as to why our predecessors were able to live longer, healthier lives than most modern day people. They are additionally curious about why ancient people tended to be faster and stronger as well. This may be due in part to the fact that these individuals were subject to far fewer toxins, technologies and chemical and they consumed extraordinarily healthy diets. Healthy eating requires people to remain conscious about what they put into their bodies as well as engaging in fitness activities that will allow for a well-round and healthy life.

One of the popular caveman diets that people have been used is the Paleolithic diet. The different types of food that are part of this food plan in a modern diet program include vegetables, meats that have been pasture-raised and grass fed, roots, fish, fruits and nuts. This program is based on the notion that throughout the Paleolithic Era the people were required to subsist on what they were able to glean by gathering and hunting. They consumed meats that were lean, fresh vegetables and fruits and poultry in order to stay alive. This might sound much like the common diet of today, however, it is essential to know the different explanations and ideas that scientists have drawn concerning this manner of eating. The Paleo diet food list is rich with protein laden foods such as poultry, seafood and meat. Eating larger quantities of these help people to suppress their appetites and supports lean muscle tissues.

Currently, it can be very advantageous to eat much like the cavemen did. This method of eating, of course, lead to fewer incidents of illness and disease such as hypertension, diabetes, stroke, heart disease, schizophrenia, cancer, depression and more. These are all common health issues today. This is an effective and inexpensive method that everyone can use to obtain increased levels of health.

Following is a Paleolithic Diet food list that is worthy of consideration

*Eggs*Chicken, fish and beef*Fruit*Vegetables (primarily root vegetables, excluding sweet potatoes and other potato varieties)*Nuts such as Brazil nuts, walnuts, macadamia nuts, almonds, excepting beans and cashews*Berries including blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and others.

Another benefit of this particular diet plan is that is is excellent for losing weight. This is actually one of the healthiest weight loss methods that people can implement, especially when compared to the effects of most diet pills. This is because the Paleo diet food list is all natural. Although the Paleolithic diet food list may make this way of eating appear to a mere copy of an ancient way of eating, when using the Paleo diet food list to construct your meals, you can use agriculturally processed food and water to reduce or even eliminate the common toxins that can lead to the deterioration of human health. This diet is high in fiber and low in carbohydrate. This places it heads and tales above the modern low-calorie diet.

Numerous studies have shown that this method of eating is even beneficial for allergy sufferers. People can eat and not worry about the potential for allergic episode, unlike with other diets. This is due to the gluten-free nature of the diet and the fact that it is in coordination to the genetic responses. Thus, dieters do not consumer any allergy boosters.

There are, however, some sacrifices that will need to be made in order to gain the weight loss and health increases that you are ultimately seeking:

The first rule pertains to the eating of meats that are lean. While it may seem a bit odd, consuming wild game will provide the body with similar nutrients to those that cavemen ate. Try not to think about the wild aspect and simply enjoy the benefits that this type of meat can provide.

Second, dieter should avoid starches. These are very high in carbohydrate. The Paleolithic diet food list typically excludes grains, including rice.

Third, dairy products should be as minimal as possible. This is due to the fact that the diet is intended to mimic the lifestyle of the Paleolithic Era. Milk, ice cream, yogurt, cheese and the light were not produced or consumed during this age.

People should avoid processed foods as the fourth rule. Processed food was obviously not available to the caveman. Excessive processing can leech out the natural nutrients that are found in many selections.

As a fifth rule, people should make having an maintaining self-control a top priority. Choosing to get healthy and to remain there is definitely a wise decision. This sacrifice is not a difficult one to make when you incorporate it into your daily routines.

Eczema For Dummies

Eczema For Dummies

Article by Eczema For Dummies Rob Boykin

So, let us have a look at what causes eczema outbreaks to begin with. You’ll not be informed about this from any physician or dermatologist as their focus is at all times on the exterior of the problem, and more specifically on “triggers”.

There are loads of different and individual triggers of eczema outbreaks. It may be anything from certain kinds of soap, foodstuff, or even weather conditions. Nevertheless, eczema triggers has little to do with what really causes eczema problems.

If triggers is not what causes eczema problems, then what is the real origin and source? Eczema problems is caused as a result of poor and slow digestion. This condition will often start out early in life, as you’re subjected to the unnatural food and terrible food combinations of the westernized eating habits.

Different people will conform differently to this diet, and that’s also the reason why some individuals will commonly “outgrow” their problem. That being said, the eczema problems can also become worse as you get older.

A poor digestive system will cause the foodstuff to harden inside the digestive system as water is extracted from it. Of course, this will lead to even more digestive troubles and constipation, and it’s really a bad spiral to say the least. When the hardened food is forced along its way, it will literally grind down the protective mucus lining of the intestines and the colon.

The outcome is that the lining of the digestive tract gets sore and irritated. This means that a significant quantity of poisons will in fact be re-absorbed right back into the bloodstream.

This perpetual and daily overload of toxins in the bloodstream must be expelled from the system somehow. So, obviously the system does what it usually does with excess poisons, it expels them via the skin.

Eczema symptoms break out as a result of an excess of toxins being expelled through the skin. Eczema symptoms generally appear like a chemical burn, and this is more or less what it really is. As the poisons are expelled through the sweat, they damage the skin on the way out.

The terrible itch comes as the load of poisons irritate the nerves as the system forces them out via the sweat. Occasionally there will be small blisters appearing filled with toxins and puss ready to be expelled.

If you suffer from eczema you’ve probably noticed that the itch would seem to be deeper than the immediate exterior of the skin. It’s like its actually itching from inside the skin, and it may be almost impossible to withstand the urge to scratch. Frequently, if or when you scratch you’ll see the outer layers of the skin break apart, and the eczema is going to be irritated and oozing afterwords.

High Protein Diet Foods to Help You Lose Weight

High Protein Diet Foods to Help You Lose Weight

Article by Protica Research

If you are on a mission to lose weight and get into better shape, you know how important your diet is. Exercise, of course, plays a crucial role in staying healthy and taking off excess body fat, but your diet has to be in tip-top shape in order to get the full benefits from working out. When you exercise, you are taxing your body and forcing it to do things that it will need to recover from.

Whether you want to take off fat, put on muscle, or do a little bit of both, you have to feed your body the nutrients it needs in order to reach your goals. High protein diet foods should be a consideration for everyone, from the person trying to lose a few pounds to the top bodybuilders. There’s no type of diet that can’t be improved by adding the best high protein diet foods.

Protein Is Essential for Life

Not only is protein important if you’re trying to lose weight or gain muscle, it’s essential to your health and staying alive. As you know, most of the foods you eat are made up of three main types of nutrients: protein, carbohydrate, and fat. Every food is made up of one or more of these three and your body needs the right combination to operate at peak efficiency.

Did you know that the only one of these three nutrients that is essential to survival is protein? In other words, if you were in the worst case scenario and food was scarce, you would always want to choose the high protein foods to survive. The human body should always have all three of these macro-nutrients, but it will cease to function without protein intake of some sort. That fact alone, that protein is an essential building block of life, should tell you that you need to do all you can to add high protein diet foods to your eating plan.

Protein Builds Muscle

One of the main tasks of protein is to supply your body with the amino acids it needs to sustain and increase muscle mass. This is an area where many people get off track. They figure that they do not want to gain a bunch of muscle mass and therefore should not up their protein intake or look for high protein diet foods for their meals. This is a fallacy. Everyone should strive to add muscle. This doesn’t mean that everyone has to be a bodybuilder; it simply means that adding muscle mass to your body, even in small amounts, is better for your health.

Protein to Lose Weight

Protein will help you to add muscle, but that’s not all. A great by-product of adding muscle is easier weight loss. When your body has more muscle on it, it has to burn more calories to sustain that muscle. When your body senses that it needs to burn more calories, your metabolism will crank into overdrive. Simply adding a few pounds of muscle, by doing some resistance exercise and eating high protein diet foods, can help to turn your body into a fat-burning machine.

Easy-to-Find High Protein Diet Foods

There are standard foods that are easy to find at grocery stores that are fantastic high protein diet foods. Here are some common foods that nearly every store has in abundant supply. They are all excellent sources of high quality protein:

- Tuna and other fish. Fish are loaded with protein. They also contain healthy, essential fats that your body needs to stay healthy. Tuna is the most convenient of the fish products available, but you might also want to add other healthy fish to your diet to crank up your weight loss efforts.

- Boneless, skinless chicken breast. This is the foundational food for people who are serious about putting on muscle and losing fat. Baking skinless chicken breast is a great way to prepare meals for several days at once. Simply cook enough to last you a few days, and freeze individual portions to heat up for lunches, dinners, and snacks throughout the week. When it comes to high protein diet foods, none are as popular as chicken breast.

- Cottage Cheese. This is a high protein diet food that people don’t add to their diets often enough. Cottage cheese contains some of the best quality proteins you can get short of a sports supplement. The proteins in cottage cheese are rapidly absorbed and utilized by your body and they are conducive to digestive health, too.

These are simply a few, staple high protein diet foods that you may want to add to your diet. Each of these choices is low in unhealthy fats and contains the high quality proteins that you need to have when you are exercising and dieting. Remember that protein will help your body build muscle, which will in turn help you to burn fat faster. Gaining muscle doesn’t mean that you will become “muscle bound.” Adding even a little bit of muscle is one of the best things you can do to help your body burn fat like a furnace.

As you are putting your diet together, you will want to include lots of high protein diet foods like those mentioned above. You’ll also benefit from adding a few supplements like protein drinks and multivitamins to your diet. A good protein shot, like Profect, can help you get the protein you need immediately after a hard exercise session. This is one time when it’s essential to get rapidly absorbed proteins into your body, so don’t overlook the importance of supplements as a high protein diet food in your efforts to lose body fat. Media Frenzy Multivitamins

Shame on AMA’s
Archives of Internal Medicine

Did you hear the breaking news last night—that multivitamins may shorten
your life? Here’s how junk science from the AMA set off the media
frenzy.

Bloomberg phrased it this way
:
“Multivitamins and some dietary supplements, used regularly by an
estimated 234 million US adults, may do more harm than good, according
to a study that tied their use to higher death rates among older women.”
The study’s authors outrageously concluded, “We see little justification
for the general and widespread use of dietary supplements.”

The study,
published in the American Medical Association’s (AMA’s) Archives
of Internal Medicine,
assessed the use of vitamin and
mineral supplements in nearly 39,000 women whose average age was 62. The
researchers asked the women to fill out three surveys, the first in
1986, the second in 1997, and the last in 2004, reporting what
supplements they took and what foods they ate, and answering a few
questions about their health.

That’s right, all the data was self-reported by the study subjects only
three times over the course of the 19-year-long study. To say the data
is “unreliable” would be a generous description. This kind of “data” has
no place in a valid scientific study.

Then the researchers looked at how many of the women had died by 2008.
They reported that the number of deaths were somewhat higher for women
who took copper, a little bit lower for women who took calcium, but
about average for most of the women.

In the study, all of the relative risks were so low as to be statistically
insignificant
, and none was backed up by any medical
investigation or biological plausibility study. No analysis was done on
what combinations of vitamins and minerals were actually consumed, and
no analysis of the cause of death was done beyond grouping for “cancer,”
“cardiovascular disease,” or “other”—there was certainly no causative
analysis done. The interactions of potential compounding risk factors is
always tremendously complex—and was ignored in this so-called study.

“Multivitamin” can mean many different things, and of course changed
tremendously over the 19 years during which this “study” was conducted.
Were they high quality?  Were the ingredients synthetic or natural?  How
much of each nutrient was taken? Were they really taken at all? How good
is anyone’s memory in describing what took place over many years? One
would assume that that the women’s diets fluctuated greatly over the
same period; when self-reporting only three times in 19 years, there is
a great deal of information one would naturally leave out even if some
of it was accurate. No analysis was done of the effect of supplements on
the women’s overall health, nor of their effect on women of other ages.

According to Dr. Robert Verkerk the Executive & Scientific Director of
ANH-International;

“This study is a classic example of scientific reductionism being used
to fulfill a particular need. In this case, it’s supplement bashing, a
well-known preoccupation of Big Pharma — and an approach that appears to
be central to the protection of Big Pharma’s profit margins.”

Read Dr. Verkerk’s article critical of the AMA’s goals and scientific
methodologyhere.

In short, this study is less than useless: it is dangerous, because it
is being used by the media and the mainstream medical establishment to
blacken the eye of nutritional supplements using poor data, bad
analysis, and specious conclusions—otherwise known as junk science.
